Heads or Tails by Frank Stella. Photo by I. Peterson. The U. S. Tennessee's Department of Agriculture declined to name the breeder and would only say it is located in the state's Lincoln County, just west of Chattanooga. A pretty usual occurrence you must be thinking, and you would be right. We have both been a bit low as the farmer has health issues, so we decided it would do us good.
As I write this the farmer is giving it a good clean inside and out. He has to have an X Ray in the hospital in Northallerton, so while he is there he will do both jobs. It amused me no end that people were shocked that I could use the word 'ass' or 'arse' - a good old English word I might add, which has gone out of favour as polite - probably in Victorian times I would guess, when people even put frills around piano legs. In any case, I was merely giving you the name of a blog to visit - Gwil's alternative blog is called 'zen my ass' and his post yesterday about UFO's was certainly interesting and is well worth a visit. The feeling has largely gone this morning - with this sunshine in January how could it stay. That would have just been the icing on the cake. eolienews. it ? Inviatecele a s. Bloggers D r Wally Smith and Dr Roy Poses will be leading a sub-session on conflicts of interest and health care corruption in a late breaking session during the annual meeting of the Society for General Internal Medicine in Washington, DC. The session will be on advocacy related to important health policy issues that are now most salient in the current political context in the US. The official session title is still pending. The session will offer multiple sub-sessions on the most pertinent issues. The meeting program is here but does not yet include this late breaking session. It should appear in the registration options. As a judge, you will provide valuable feedback and evaluate the participants' performance. edu. Well it's not a Van Gogh but it's definitely a starry night with this sweet moon baby! I thought it fitting to do a baby card as I take a few more baby steps with Copic markers. I only have a handful of them and thankfully one was yellow! My talented friend Jen Timko has a super clean sketch for us this week at Freshly Made Sketches - have fun with it! Stamp Set: Moon Baby Paper: Crumb Cake, SU Designer Specialty, Whisper White Ink: Memento Black, Tumbled Glass Distress Ink, Copic Markers Wooden Heart embellishments from a past Paper Pumpkin kit.

I printed out a few copies of these sticker story templates, and set them beside our bucket of assorted stickers. We've done sticker stories many times before, sometimes during our themed units. We once used Easter stickers on pieces of construction paper, and Honey Pot told the story aloud as she placed the stickers down. Another time we used camping stickers to create a fun story in her nature journal. It's always a fun activity, and requires no setup whatsoever! I was surprised that Little M&M grabbed his pencil and started writing. I thought I would have to transcribe his story for him, but he was an eager little writer! He asked how to spell words, and soon had written, "First there was a rainbow. " And despite the clutter of alphabet stickers on there, he also made mention of a butterfly somewhere in there. Honey Pot wrote a wonderful story that began, "It was a sunny day at the castle. And all the princesses are playing. It was great fun! WEDNESDAY INVITATION - ART or CRAFT I had been seeing a lot of bleeding tissue paper crafts on Pinterest recently, and finally made the splurge to purchase a pack of them. For today's art project, I offered our new selection of bleeding tissue paper, a piece of cardstock/watercolor paper, a white crayon and a spray bottle full of water. Così tu ci indichi subito con quali mezzi possiamo guarire il nostro cuore e instaurare una relazione autentica con noi stessi, con gli altri e con il Padre tuo. Con il digiuno tu ci chiedi di guarire lo spirito partendo dal nostro corpo, di avvertire fame di tutto ciò che conta veramente. I wonder how this insulated cud-chewer would do in a fight. Are you a gatherer or an assessor. Assessors only gather what they will use. and not just someday. They have a purpose in mind and don't bother stockpiling.
I must be a gatherer because I see a pattern or a book I like and I buy it and stockpile! I'm not ashamed of that. Just look at this place mat that I made from Kim Schaefer's Calendar Runners, a pattern I purchased years ago. This pattern packet includes table runners and place mats appropriate for each month of the year.

When thinking ahead about how I would change things in my house for the month of April, I remembered this pattern and had to make it. Above is a close up of the flowers and some of the quilting. And above shows you the different quilting in the side borders. Hi friends! Linsey here today with a cute mixed media decoration made with buttons, ribbon and paper scraps. I call her my swinging winged fairy girl and here she is. I love this ribbon. It's very inexpensive and super versatile as well as easy to work with. Some ribbons don't form into a bow as easily as others. So simple and I think it adds a lot to the little piece. Thanks so much for stopping by today! I hope you've been inspired. Happy crafting!. Happy Spring! Even thought there is snow on the ground here, I feel warmer weather is just around the corner. Fingers crossed. Backing up to February, we've had our usual and unusual happenings. First up, our girl went to her first school dance. In other news, Billy got his driver's permit. GULP! The kids and I were off for President's Day.

We went bowling. A Turkey and a pretty darn good score, if I do say so myself. Matthew just finished up his first season of basketball.

Mary, Tommy, and Ann were in the Parade of Shamrocks. The Monocolle Squirtle was bought during my Hong Kong trip. . Embed from Getty Images Embed from Getty Images. zenfolio. Recently toy collectors Bill Jones and NCCHP member Bob Watrous shared photos of a rolling hoop in Bill's collection. It bears a strong resemblance to a Noble & Cooley rolling hoop from the same era but we have not located the hoop in our N&C catalog collection. These toys were not built to have a long life and were easy to damage during the course of play. Few have survived. I applied Distress Inks Picked Raspberry and Worn Lipstick to the panel, then I splattered some water all over. While the panel dried I stamped the lady from the Wanna Share set on some white card stock. Then I fussy cut out the image.

I placed a Simon Says Stamp Tiny Spaced Heart stencil over the watercolored panel. I colored the stencil with Barn Door Distress Ink. Then I wrapped some gold stripe washi tape three times around the card.
At the bottom of the panel, I stamped the sentiment. Above it, I adhered the image with foam tape. Thanks so much for stopping by!!. I'm offering a sneak peek today, but first, a random dog photo. I know how you all like dogs too, not just cats. This is Henry my Sister-in-law's dog. Isn't he sweet? And here's the sneak peek! I just can't stop thinking about my love/obsession with Bruges Lace, so why try? Go For It. SAFEELECTRICALSUPPLY
